PARIS (Reuters) - Le Parlement français a adopté définitivement mercredi le projet de loi qui permet à l'Etat de céder des terrains aux collectivités locales pour faciliter la construction de logements sociaux. Après les sénateurs, les députés ont adopté le texte mis au point par une commission mixte paritaire Assemblée-Sénat. Les groupes de la majorité de gauche ont voté pour, tandis que l'opposition UMP et centriste a voté contre. Le texte, présenté par la ministre du Logement, Cécile Duflot, reprend une promesse de François Hollande durant sa campagne pour l'élection présidentielle. ...
