PARIS (Reuters) - Le Conseil constitutionnel a annulé jeudi l'élection le 17 juin dernier des députés Patrick Devedjian (UMP) et Henri Plagnol (UDI, centre). L'instance explique dans un communiqué que Patrick Devedjian et Henri Plagnol, respectivement élus dans la 13e circonscription des Hauts-de-Seine et la 1ère circonscription du Val-de-Marne, avaient choisi comme suppléants des personnes déjà suppléantes de sénateurs. Or un article du code électoral interdit à un remplaçant d'un sénateur ou d'un député d'être remplaçant d'un candidat à l'Assemblée nationale. ...
